  • Communication could have been better as confirmation of arrival did not come until very late the night before. Also they were late arriving as a result but that did not cause a problem as I had made sure I did not have to return the truck until several hours after they were to have started. Actual movers were very good. I have some very heavy solid cherry furniture that they moved cautiously and were able to lift and place it. Workers also worked quite hard and diligently. I was quite prepared with access cleared, and smaller items already removed from the truck so they were able to move quite quickly. Overall a good experience and much better than than the crew that loaded the truck the day before.

  • They were slow, my wife, a friend and I had to jump in to help. Had to pay and extra hour or they would stop and I got to my ferry reservation with 2 minutes to spare when they knew we had a scheduled time, 4 hours after a 2 bedroom apartment move started. Terrible.
