  They were punctual, fast and professional. When I needed to change the delivery-unloading date, they were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience with Elite Movers and, I’d highly recommend their services.

  You guys did a great job, and I appreciated all your help. The one note that I had was that it's not professional to wear clothing depicting drug use while on a job, I didn't appreciate that around my child. Many kids at his age that I know would have been asking me questions about what that meant.

  The movers arrived smelling strongly of marijuana, so strong that it made my house smell like the drugs. During a storm that lasted about an hour, I believe they hotboxed in their vehicle, because upon return to the home, the marijuana smell was even more pungent. I scheduled and paid for two movers, but the company sent three. Then, using a bait-and-switch sales technique, they pressured me to pay for the third member that I had not scheduled. The movers were unable to get my headboard down the stairs, and despite my repeated requests for them to try again, they did not do so. I had to hire a second crew to complete the move, who did get the headboard down the stairs. My large Sony Bravia TV was also dropped out of the back of the vehicle during loading, and since there wasn't power at the storage unit, I do not know if it works or not.
