  Pack & Stack

  The two Pack and Stack employees were, unprofessional, incompetent, and unmotivated. They failed to properly introduce themselves. They spat every 30 seconds, including indoors. They were physically slow, and failed to properly plan how to load the truck. After 30 minutes, they both took a 1 hour break while one used the bathroom. Half of their time was spent sitting and taking a break. One spent a quarter of his time taking a bath in my kitchen sink. One of them vomited outside the back door. As their initial 3 hours came to an end, I was pressured into paying them with cash or venmo, with no mention of adding hours via the Uhaul app. I tried to hire competent movers for the remaining time, but there was no time. They damaged much of our furniture, and failed to pack several items which we had to leave behind. Dragging, scratches, unutilized packing space in truck. I did a third of the labor, totaling 86 flights of stairs while they did nothing. I want my money back. Hundreds lost.

  I cannot speak highly enough about the service we received from Moving Pros and John. From start to finish, he was professional, kind, and incredibly patient particularly with my elderly mother, which meant the world to us. He took the time to ensure she felt comfortable and respected throughout the entire process. John went above and beyond in every way, handling everything with immaculate precision and care. Every item was treated like it was priceless, and nothing was rushed or overlooked. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work, and it shows in the results. If you're looking for a moving company that delivers not only efficiency but also compassion and top-tier professionalism, Moving Pros and John are the team to call. We are beyond grateful for their help and would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you again, John you made a extremely stressful day feel effortless.
