  • Move out was stressful,booked 3 weeks prior,got a confirmation the next day. A day befor move out at 10pm got a call from one of the mover saying he has no transportation and ask if I could pick him up, I couldn't bc I had alot of stuff to round up in the morning prior to their arrival. On day of move out keep geting call from same mover saying he is waiting on his transportation, he later arrive 2h20min late 80percent of upstairs stuff were already down closer to the truck, however he was useful,he worked for 4 hours, payment code was provided after communicating with the company for reimbursement.Well,It was extra stressful but we made it.Company need to work on their reliability, Move out is already a stressful thing and to get late failure is super stressful again.

  • The guys were helpful and followed the given directions and handled my things with care.

  • The movers did not wrap any furniture even when equipment was provided. (Couch, chairs, and mattresses). Left items on the ground and didn’t pick them up multiple times. Broke the grill. Was not gentle with the items. Text during odd business hours to confirm pick up. They extended time and had to pay through Cash App. Was not aware that I had to take things apart on my on.
