Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
I had to call them to confirm my appointment, day of they showed up late, then they packed boxes up side down, put fragile boxes under heavier ones so my items broke, and they put storage ottomans on their side and upside down so they opened up and the items fell out. They were very kind, but I would not book them again.
These guys are great. They sent Chili & Julio over, moved some heavy stuff from my 3rd floor walk-up to my new place that is 3 stories on its own, some of the heavy stuff going to the 2nd floor. I also have a home gym full squat rack, 2 Olympic bars & about 500lbs of free weights then went from old garage to new. Not only was there no grumbling about it, they were straight up positive about getting it all done, which they did in record time (under my scheduled 4 hrs). They also did it without a scratch or dent. Super impressed, will def use them again if needed in the future but also send everyone I know to 'em. These guys are definitely On Mission!
