I’m honestly shocked at how poorly this move was handled. I don’t know who trained this crew, but the packing was completely unacceptable. I tried multiple times to guide them, but my input was ignored. Boxes weren’t even placed right side up, and there was no strategy in how the truck was loaded. I specifically told them several times that the sofa needed to go on its side to maximize space, but that didn’t happen. Now I have to drive 300 miles back to retrieve items that should have fit the first time. To make matters worse, items were damaged, including my daughter’s table. Cleaning supplies were packed on their side and leaked everywhere. Even the team that unloaded the truck commented on how poorly it was packed. This was frustrating, costly, and completely avoidable. I would not recommend this company.
