  • After explaining to the boss the size truck I had reserved and everything that needed to go in the truck, mostly boxes and crates, he only managed to put the furniture and 3 crates in the truck. As a professional, he should have been able to pack the truck better and or tell me that I needed a bigger truck, he didn't. He made it seem like he was going to bring extra help at no charge, he didn't. He was 20 minutes late and finished the job 33 minutes early, when I still needed help. He claimed he had another move to be at, at 1.30-2 when I had him booked until 1.30. I believe he got over on me purposely. I paid for 4 hours and they only worked 3 and he was going to charge me extra to come back and help, when he offered to come back on his own. I'm grateful for them moving the furniture. His helper actually tried to move more of my crates and boxes but the boss told him to stop. I didn't finish moving the rest of my stuff, alone, until 3am that night. I guess you get what you pay for.

  • Movers were friendly and efficient. It did make me nervous that I couldn't get a hold of the company until 2 days before my move but it all worked out!

  • The movers were friendly, easy to communicate with, and hardworking throughout the move. However, their moving techniques seemed inexperienced, which resulted in damage to a bedroom door and trim after a couch piece was forced through the wrong room instead of being taken to the loft. There were also scuff marks left on my main sectional, the garage entry door, and the stairwell walls, which will require some repainting, although one stairwell mark was caused while I was assisting the movers with moving furniture. Overall, they were great guys, but I believe they would benefit from better coordination and improved moving techniques to help prevent damage during future moves.
