Part of it was my fault. Due to traffic and a U-Haul issue I was running late and had to reschedule for the next morning. All of that was confirmed and they were very polite. We agreed on 9 AM the next morning. At 10 o’clock, I asked when they were expecting to arrive. They said it would be a while. They arrived around 1115. They were apologetic and polite. But I do feel that they were a little rushed even for my small amount of stuff.

These guys worked really hard and were courteous but they were not very gentle with our stuff and lots of items were damaged in the move. To be fair I probably should have hired a third mover for the three hours but it was difficult to estimate how much time or people would be needed. The company should provide more help with the estimate.
