18 hours to respond to a text message to confirm the appointment time is ridiculous in the day and age. My time is important too! The two guys (Jonathon and Tre?) who showed were excellent .. professional, fast and courteous.
The team was professional, efficient, and worked quickly to load everything onto the truck. They were friendly and respectful throughout the process, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, upon arrival at my destination, I discovered that a mirror was broken, a leg on my brand-new couch was damaged, and one of the bed legs was broken as well. I was disappointed to find multiple items damaged. Overall, I was happy with how quickly and professionally they worked, but I do hope they improve in handling items with more care and addressing damages when they occur.
The guys were on time and did a smooth delivery of my goods!
