Movers spent most of the time on phone calls during the work period. They were still working most of the time but were very distracted by their phone calls. Movers at one point said usually we are very professional, but this time, we cannot be. We weren't sure what they meant by that or why it was said. Movers struggled with lack of equipment. They had no moving supports, dollies, or anything with them. Movers progressed the work in a strange way, opting to first move everything from the top floor to the second floor, then from second floor to garage, then from garage to the truck. This necessitated them to pick up and put down each item 3 times. Movers dropped, banged, and bumped all the furniture and the walls. Movers took 2 breaks during the 2 hour work period. Movers were asking questions that we couldn't make sense of.
