• They showed up 45 minutes late and poorly packed the truck. I had several broken items and most of the furniture is scratched due to poorly wrapping with blankets. Unfortunately I tipped them.

  We are sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience. However, we would like to clarify a few important points. We arrived approximately 10 minutes after the agreed time, not 45 minutes late. From the beginning, all items were handled with care and wrapped in moving blankets in your presence. This was a relatively small and straightforward move, consisting of only a few pieces of furniture and a bed. Additionally, all items were properly secured with straps inside the truck to prevent movement and avoid damage during transport. We take pride in our work and always aim to protect our clients belongings as if they were our own. For these reasons, we are surprised by your review, especially considering that you expressed satisfaction at the end of the job and chose to leave a tip. We always strive to improve and take feedback seriously, but we also believe it is important that reviews accurately reflect the service provided.
