The movers were great, however it was only communicated to them that the move is a load and not an unload. One mover cancelled so I thought I would be left with one person to move big items like couches, tables, etc. Eventually a replacement mover was found, however another mover said he only can stay for the load but will leave for the unload. Multiple times I thought I would be left having to move items myself after paying for two movers. The movers themselves were great, and I paid for three hours but they knocked it out in a little under two hours. I don't know if I would do this company again just because of the bad communication from the reservation to the movers themselves.

Hired 2 movers. 1 of them was a female. My son had to help the male mover because the female mover didn't have the strength.
