I agreed to an extra guy for $40 per hour that the company nearly insists on getting, I highly do not recommend their third guy as most moving companies only utilize two anyways. Our third guy they sent was nearly useless . The company worked for 4 hours total but they had charged me an extra 3 hours for a total of $210 which is incorrect. The company also forgot to give their workers a dolly and I left the house to rent them one. Overall, the company charged me $250 extra for labor they did not do. The charge was over a third party invoice platform which they were nearly forcing me to pay, a third guy came back to my house to tell me they are needing the payment now. I contacted the company via text to get help on adjusting billing or getting a refund, but they did not comply. In fact, the company owner will not further assist me and has threatened me and my wife by telling us to stop texting and that it is our ‘final warning’

I understand minor damages which is our fault we did use inexperience guys on the job and understand ur minor damages which u have insurance but three reviews just for that? People always quick to leave negative reviews, but we can not get one person leave a positive one only a few. thank you for those. Honest comments This will slow me down for a while but I will be back.
