  • Customer service was poor from the get go. Looking on yelp it seems this is a common problem with this company. The movers were excellent but their dispatch double booked them so they called and made them leave early. We were left with a half loaded uhaul on a Sunday afternoon with nobody else to call and get help from. The guy who called was a total jerk, super aggressive saying they needed to hurry up and even though we said we needed a 3ed hour upon booking and multiple times with dispatch over the week, he said nope the time isn't guaranteed, leaving us out of luck. Moving Help should not have this company on their platform. My husband was left to load the truck by himself because I had already headed to the location hours away. They also changed the moving time at the last minute and we kindly accommodates, but everything was still messed up because they were double booked. HORRIBLE customer service.
