Could never get an ordered loadup help confirmation or return phone message even though my credit card was charged twice. The two Very Young men who arrived really dud not have the experence to pack a truck for distance travel. The long hair one had only been loading for 3 weeks. He seemed to be 'watching' more then helping. There was no care taken with my furniture and thus a lot of damage seen when unloading at destination. Have moved many times and this was my worst experience in getting moved. The young men basically did not have loading know how experience. Am so sorry I gave each of them a big tip.

Hello Judy, we are sorry you left a negative review but would like to point out that you did not have any materials that are recommended, provided for a long distance move, such as blanket, shrink wrap, ratchet, straps, etc. We will let you know when you initially book we are only hired for labor and we will use what is provided by the customer.

Overall the guys were great they took great direction on where I wanted things unloaded and placed. I will admit I was a bit concerned about their own safety with one wearing sandals however it did not seem to impact him doing the work so I'm grateful for that.
