They were super helpful, professional and friendly. And really quick with the loading and unloading too. The only thing is I was a bit mislead on how long it would take. The person I had communicated with earlier had overestimated the amount of time it would take which wouldve cost me more money.

You lived on the 5th floor. Stairs take time. All I said is we might have to add an hour bc of it. I wasn't overwhelmed I was being honest about ur 5th floor move for 2 hours! You took me trying be helpful and made it into negative. I don't understand!
