  In the days upcoming prior to the service, there was a bit of lack of communication. When I first scheduled the order, I called them to set up the move time and they answered promptly and told me I'd get a text in the next few days to confirm time. I never got the text so I called again the night before the service and Dan said he would check with the team to confirm time and text me. I never got a text again. Morning of the service, I still didn't hear anything and I called and he said they were a few minutes away. Once the guys got there, they were fantastic!!!! Both men were efficient, personable, professional, and packed the uhual amazingly. Overall, I would have appreciated a bit more communication prior to service but we were very happy with the results and would book again if ever needed!

  Gary and Nathaniel packed our belongings with care and made sure everything was easy to unpack at our new place. They were thoughtful with fragile items and made sure each box was properly sealed and well-protected. I’d definitely recommend their service to anyone preparing for a move.

  Was very flexible with timing, let us borrow dollies for moving, and even helped us pack and load the ubox (we only ordered the delivery of the ubox). Great service!
