  I hired EZ Transit for my move recently to help with the stress of moving and it ended up being the most frustrating and exhausting move I have ever had to deal with. I came organized with boxes perfectly set up for them, labeled and moved items I couldn’t fit in boxes to my new apartment prior to my official move in date. I had to call the EZ Transit number that was provided to me multiple times to confirm my move in date, time and location was set (a few days after I booked, the day before my move and the day of). I scheduled a start time of 11am. They did not show up until 130pm, I ended up moving boxes to my moving truck before they arrived with help from my 50 year old dad due to their tardiness. Not only did they show up 2 & a half hours late, but they showed up to my unload location when I had already confirmed the loading and unloading location MULTIPLE times. I would not recommend this company, communication was terrible and they were extremely unorganized.

  Troy was amazing. It was an extremely stressful time. He went the extra mile as a compassionate person and a mover. He got everything in that wanted. His packing skills were amazing. I’d give him 10 starts if I could!!!

  Luanne and her crew were so awesome, so capable and willing, they did a ton of extra things we had not anticipated. All this with a happy, friendly, and generous spirit. Thanks Luanne!!
