• Very disappointed with company. I reached out to company to possibly reschedule my move from 12-18 to 12-20. I spoke with Hansel and he said they had a full schedule and he would see what he could do and get back to me by end of day. I did not get a call back. Received a text the morning of my move, 12-19, saying it was rescheduled to next day, 12-20, due to weather. This created a problem as I had to reschedule my uhaul pick up and the unloading company. I received a text the morning of my move from the loaders saying they were running 15 minutes behind. I was scheduled for 10 am. Needless to say they were 25 minutes late. The last straw was when the loader asked me for a tip. I do not recommend this company and will never use again.

When you initially contacted us on Wednesday, I clearly explained that our schedule was already full. At your request, I made adjustments and moved your job to Saturday. After those arrangements were completed, you contacted us again requesting to change the move back to Friday, which unfortunately was not feasible due to prior commitments. We communicated promptly regarding scheduling constraints and weather-related delays, and any changes were made transparently. Our team also notified you of a brief delay on move day, which was communicated in advance. We strive to be accommodating while managing a full schedule, and we regret that the final outcome did not meet your expectations. All scheduling changes and communications were handled professionally and in good faith.
