  One of the workers was on his phone for the duration of the move while the other worker loaded the truck. I was initially impressed that they finished loading-unloading so quickly that I tipped them each $50 to their CashApp accounts. I later discovered that my large wooden computer desk and metal night stand were completely damaged. Newly purchased unopened boxes were damaged as well. Thank goodness those items were still intact once I opened the boxes. I forwarded video and photo evidence & the cost of the damaged items totaling $185.28. I received a response from someone who identified themselves as a partial owner- name not given. They advised that items fell over due to improper packing, apologizing stating they would pay for the damage. Although, I appreciate the apology, it was CLEAR they knew my items were damaged. They accepted the generous tip and said nothing leaving me to discover the issue. Mistakes happen, but integrity goes a long way. Waiting for reimbursement.

  I had a great experience with this moving team! They arrived right on time, were efficient, professional, and super friendly. Everything was well-organized from start to finish, and they came fully prepared with their own equipment. They made sure to use every inch of space and packed the U-Haul perfectly. If I were to move again I would use them again. Highly recommend their service!
