I booked two movers for 2 hours to help unload my 10-foot U-Haul truck and move some additional furniture from my neighbor’s home into my apartment (second floor). While they unloaded the truck quickly and brought the items upstairs, they refused to assist with the remaining furniture from my neighbor’s home, claiming they completed two hours' worth of work in one hour. Despite my repeated request for help with just one more round of furniture, they still refused and left 30 minutes before the scheduled time. I was left with part of my move unfinished. I gave the payment code under pressure, not realizing it would finalize the transaction even though the job was incomplete. I’m very disappointed with this experience.
