• 1.We booked for 12 noon. They called that they will come at 3 pm. They actually showed up at 8 pm. 2. They did not respond to our phone calls. I called Uhaul moving help phone, and was in hold for 1 hour and 56 minutes and they I gave up and hung up the phone 3. The movers lied all along, giving different stories every few hours. They were doing this to everyone who had booked for that day - they said 8 customers or some such number. 4.u haul is well lawyered up calling these third party contractors, although I am sure they make a lot of money from providing moving help 5. The moving service was sub par and these guys told us that they are taking a 5 min break (on our time), but then just left 35 min before our 2 hour move and we had to unload stuff ourselves. 6. If I could give zero stars - I would, both to the moving service and U halul for allowing systematic fraud like this on their platform

• Movers were a bit late due to an unexpected issue with a prior customer, however when they got to my place of moving they did great! They even made up for the time difference by traveling with us to our storage unit for some additional things to store. I would recommend them to anyone.
