  • Mr. Bailey went above and beyond during my move. He was great at communicating with me. He treated my move as if he was the one getting move. He handled all furniture and appliances with care and to include not scraping the walls! If I have to move again I would definitely reach out to him. He is a really down to earth person!   • I was left to unload 2 bookshelves, a file cabinet, dresser and mattress! I do not recommend this company to anyone! Bailey attempts to drag the time out by holding erroneous conversations and then abandons the job when he is frustrated or no longer wants to work! I have NEVER been so dissatisfied in my life! They say you get what you pay for and this company definitely lives up to that standard. I wouldn’t hire these to deliver a turd to the toilet! Piss poor customer service! If I could leave 0 stars I would!

    Thank you for choosing our services. I understand that the day was stressful, but I want to clarify a few points regarding the move. At the first location, the address and details provided were incomplete, and the presence of stairs was not mentioned. Even though this added time and difficulty, we agreed not to charge extra. You also requested that some items be left behind, and we informed you that the move could take up to three hours. When we arrived at the second location, we discovered there were three flights of stairs information we did not receive beforehand. With the first location, travel time during rush hour, and the stairs at the second location, completing the job within the two hours you booked was not possible.Our policy states that moves requiring more than two hours are billed as a three-hour minimum. I explained this, but you declined to proceed with unloading the remaining item. Even then, I offered to waive the additional hours to help resolve the situation.
