I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. My scheduled move time was 3 PM, but I was repeatedly given excuses and felt like I was being misled.They did not arrive until around 8 PM, which put my entire move behind schedule. Once they arrived, the service was extremely slow and careless. Several of my items were damaged, and I even witnessed them tossing some of my plastic belongings around instead of handling my property with care. The biggest issue was my couch. They were unable to get it into my apartment and left it sitting in the landing of my apartment building. They also showed up without the proper tools needed to complete the job. I had to call my uncle to come help, remove my doors from the hinges, and get my couch inside myself. I hired movers because I expected professional help, but instead I ended up having to finish the job on my own. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, careful, and professional movers. I don’t recommed
