I hired this company to help my pregnant cousin load a moving truck from 2 storage units. They sent 3 young guys who dragged their feet, wasted 2 hours, and carelessly threw her belongings into the truck like trash. What should’ve taken 45 minutes turned into 1.5 hours clearly so they could dodge the second unit we discussed when booking. Dishonest, lazy, and completely disrespectful of our time and money.
