Put a 4 inch tear in back of a 2000 leather couch. It was a mistake I guess but their choice to not take it to elevator was beyond me. I honestly should not have tipped based on the quality of service, but did anyway because they tried, but I hope you guys screen your services more strongly because it had negative value.
