Keith was super responsive and accommodating. Needed to call him several times to get updates and confirmation and he was able to pick up the phone and respond right away for whatever you needed! Respectful and clear. Two young men showed up, although they were late because they were traveling from a different job- they were able to help move and place all my furniture and heavy stuff into the apartment of my third floor. Please note they are humans too, and will need to take a breather, can’t expect 2 people to carry heavy things the entire time up to top floor of a place and not take a short break in between. I ordered a total of 4 hrs of service, but they moved roughly around 2 hours.
