Hiring Paul for my move was a huge mistake that left me with $750 in damages that he admitted to but refused to cover. Him and his crew caused obvious damage to my former landlord’s property, which was confirmed on video and documented with photos. My landlord deducted the repair cost directly from my security deposit, leaving me with a devastating financial loss. When I confronted Paul, he initially admitted fault and even offered to cover half, but then changed his story, ghosted me, and now refuses to take responsibility. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, he tried to shift blame and suggested my landlord was being dishonest, despite clear proof of the actual cost. I gave him every opportunity to do the right thing, but he chose not to. If you value your home, your belongings, and your peace of mind, avoid this mover at all costs. Hiring him was one of the most expensive mistakes I’ve ever made.
