• The owner is a very large man who should reconsider his profession. He was unable to walk a flight of stairs without getting out of breath and sweating profusely. I was concerned for his health due to the hot weather and asked his assistant if he was okay. I asked multiple times if he would be able to complete the job in 3 hours. He assured me that he would and even when he realized that the time was approaching he assured me that he wouldn’t charge me an additional fee. While unloading the truck he told me it would be an additional hour and asked if I could pay him in cash. I told him it was unfair to charge me for additional time when he took multiple breaks and he wasn’t prepared with the necessary tools to disassemble the furniture. He yelled at me and said what do you think I’m a slave? He unloaded the truck but did not reassemble any of the furniture and requested the payment code. I provided the code and he again asked for additional money. I would NEVER use his service again.

  Timyka, you conveniently forgot to mention that you had furniture, mounted TVs and bed set that required to be broke down. You mentioning my size shows how low minded individual you are. The move job you hired us for actually required at least three people due to how heavy your dresser and couch in the living room was. When we spoke on the phone you gave me the impression like you only had a few items which wasn't the case when we arrived. It took a long time to breakdown your bed set. You wanted us to dismount your TVs when that is not our area of expertise. If we didn't have to breakdown anything, we would have been able to complete the job in under three hours. You even called your family (3 men) to try to intimidate me because you refused to pay for the additional hour. I walked away like the high minded individual. M guys and I have been on this platform for over 10 years and have completed hundreds of jobs and have many referrals so your negative review will not affect the truth.

• Ahmed and Buck were great! They’re efficient workers with a sense of humor and worked the best they could along with 2 others despite an issue at the storage unit where another person was moving stuff around and utilizing the elevator as well
