The men they sent were capable and willing. One was dead though so it was hard to communicate, but he did end up using his phone to type out his questions. They also had booked another job before my 4 hour slot was over so they had to leave early. I was told I will get a refund for the last hour, but I haven't seen it yet. Overall I would say they are what you expect for not using an expensive moving company.
