  I booked this moving service for a 1-bedroom apartment. After booking, I didn’t hear back for days and had to call to confirm the time. On moving day, the mover called 6 minutes before the appointment to say he’d be late by 30 minutes but arrived nearly 40 minutes late. They showed up without a dolly or tools and mentioned extra charges if it went over 2 hours. I had to lend them my small cart and call two friends to help. Loading from my apartment to my rental truck took nearly 2 hours. The movers were polite and nice but often got distracted by chatting with neighbors and petting dogs. Overall, the move was completed, but the lack of preparation and delays made the experience less smooth than expected.

  Excellent communication and very helpful! They reached out one day after initial booking to confirm the plan and stayed in touch as our arrival time was a bit fluid. They even folded the blankets to ease return to U-Haul.

  Brian and Tyree were outstanding and real life savers. We’re not actually moving but needed help loading clothing from our closets and furniture moved for new floors and paint. These guys were cheerful, careful, and very fast! I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone elderly or disabled who needs this kind of assistance whether you are moving or just need things moved around.
