Very disappointed with this moving company. The night before my move they called to say they could not start at the original time and pushed it back two hours. I understood and agreed but the mover still arrived about four hours late. I paid for two movers but only one showed up. While he did communicate delays that morning the service was still extremely unprofessional and stressful. He also appeared intoxicated during the job. On top of that he continuously directed my husband to do the heavy lifting and carry furniture while he stood by giving instructions or watching. This is not what we hired a moving company for. Afterwards I contacted the company multiple times. They told me I would be refunded but every follow up call resulted in excuses that they were too busy to look into it further. No refund was ever processed and the issue was never properly resolved.
