• Malignant Narcisist. Didn’t listen. Didn't ask questions. Wanted to get out as fast as possible. Kept trying to talk me out of moving my stuff. Didn’t let me see the pods. I kept having to haul out my own stuff. Only 2 guys. Younger guy seemed ok, but main guy is a manipulative monster. Didn’t follow through on anything he said he’d do either. Just the worst possible experience. Then he attacks me as the customer in texts for getting worried because he’s fucking with me. Text evidence is clear as day. I’m afraid all my stuff is busted in the containers. I had to work moving all day longer than they did. Left my bike and other things in front of the garage. Broke my bike for some reason. Tore off the back tire and left it there. Crazy shit.

• The 3 gentlemen that loaded our U-Boxes were professional, efficient, polite and very knowledgeable about how to play the puzzle game for these boxes. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

• They were awesome! Very quick, but I paid for 2 hours and they finished in 1 hour. We also took a different staircase that only had 3 flights to the 3rd floor.
