    Alberta Swift Movers

    Our movers were great with communication and timing. They were very friendly and efficient with moving things. There are a few suggestions for improvement, one being that there were no moving blankets or step rugs offered during the move which was surprising. It resulted in extra cleaning of the move out location. The second was there were a few wall scrapes that we did have to fill afterwards. The third was that we were requested by the movers after booking and paying that we had to pay an extra hundred dollars for travel time even though we entered the address of our move before booking and it was calculated with the total. That was unfortunate and ended up costing us more than double what we paid for the same moving help on the other end of our move. I would suggest incorporating this information in posted rates in future to avoid this kind of issue.
