  • Misunderstanding over the parameters but it worked out.

  • They showed up with 2 guys both under 5’4 Who could only carry one box at a time and they ruined some furniture. They did not speak English and didn’t understand that we had booked a Load and unload so they spent the entire time leisurely packing the vehicle just to leave us stranded at the second apartment with no way to get the things unpacked, and I had to pay other people to unload my things for me and was charged more because the truck rental was late. I called the manager and then he cussed at me (the F word) And yelled at me on the phone trying to tell me it was my fault when they made the mistake. The movers then asked for a tip and left. Awful service do not move with them, save yourself the time and the trouble!! I’m disputing this with my credit card company because of how bad it was and they didn’t complete the job they didn’t even get it halfway done. We did most of the work putting the things into the truck for them.
