  The U-box was packed so poorly that a majority of my few items were scraped or broken. I only had enough items to fill half of the box, but this was too much and was packed so haphazardly that the bed frame guillotined my wrist when opening the unit. My stools were scrubbed and chipped, damaging the legs and cushions, and a majority of my boxes were actually crushed. Again, I only had enough items to fill half of a Ubox and zero furniture pads were used. Legitimately a horrible experience when moving halfway across the country (PA to TX) and to have paid $200 for their service was egregious.

  We had a great experience with True Moving Professionals. Our movers reached out in advance to confirm all details and answer questions , were on time, knowledgeable, professional and skilled with all aspects of moving our furniture and home goods from assembling to disassembling, packing etc. They were respectful of our home and furniture and nice to be around. We would highly recommend !

  The team communicated clearly and kindly, as well as taking care of everything for me from start to finish. The movers were quick and efficient, as well as being careful with my fragile items. Overall a very pleasant experience and would book them for any future moves.
