  • Overall it was a poor experience. The two guys sent were really nice, but took a really long time to load the truck. 4.5 hours for a two bedroom apartment. They refused to carry anything and used the dolly for everything, even items way too large and not meant to be transported via dolly. This resulted in them breaking two legs off our dresser, damaging our bedframe and headboard, and chipping our nightstands and tv stand. When they set something down broken, they just looked at the broken item and didn’t say sorry or apologize. We were so afraid of how they were moving things, we didn’t even have them load our nice kitchen table. Instead we went back and moved it ourselves later. To top it all off they were so slow we ended up having to pay for two extra hours. In the end we just had them unload the majority of the truck in the garage to avoid them banging or breaking anything in the house and to save money as they would have taken their time for sure.

    Not sure where this is coming from but the guys successfully finished the job with no complaints not even of 1 broken item or scratches, and you even tipped them at the end You were alerted at the end of your time reserved and you decided to add time for them to help you finish. Again no complaints of any items was ever mentioned
