  • Unfortunately, I requested and prepaid for two movers. The gentleman did call me back and tell me he only had one person available which I said ok but expected the price to be adjusted since I had requested and prepaid for 2 movers. After the four hour period prepaid we were discussing the amount that should be due based on the lack of help that he provided and he insisted that one and two people were the same price however, again I had requested two and paid for two. I had not received an email from the company but I taken a screenshot of the reservation which had the payment code. I was looking for phone contact to call about the payment dispute and he looked over my shoulder as if looking for the number and quickly left saying just don’t pay me. Once I got ahold of customer service I found out the code was processed which shows he obviously stole the code when he looked over my shoulder . He appeared to be an inexperienced mover . Didn’t come prepared with any moving essentials
