  • Zero stars. Avoid Iron Moving Co. I booked them through U Haul’s Moving Help after years of trusting U Haul for my business. At 11 a.m. they asked if I could move my reservation up several hours because they finished another job early. I agreed as a courtesy. While I was inside U Haul changing my reservation at their request they called saying they had already arrived. I explained I would be there in 15 minutes. Instead of appreciating the accommodation the man became hostile claimed my paid time had already started and when I offered to tip the crew he said, F+++ your tip, I already got paid. They loaded my truck but never returned to unload it. After waiting 30 minutes I called and was told they had been instructed not to come without notifying me. I was cursed at left stranded with my three children and a loaded 26 foot truck forced to hire new movers had furniture damaged and later learned they redeemed my payment code despite never completing the job. Completely unprofessional.
