• The guys were so great! They communication was on point before, during and after. They worked really hard. I didn't schedule the time correctly, totally my fault but they stayed late and got the job done. They were kind, professional and communicative. I will definitely refer them to anyone moving.

• The service was poor in that more information should have been shared about when the movers would show up. The leader on the text unprofessional just cancelled the appointment. And then put it back on when I said that this would cause a negative review.

  Just for context Erica handles my scheduling but shes fairly new. I dont know why her first response was to advise you to cancel. Communication was poor because i usually charge my phone in my car but my car as a whole has no power even the headlights. So my phone was dead when i finally checked it. I did plan on messaging you when we were on our way and usually give etas and coordinate much better. I had to uber to my helpers house so we could get his car then went to u. It was a very long route but we got it done for you. We cant cancel on our end in the system the customer has to initiate it but as soon as she told me i immediately told her never advise that unless i say directly so my apologies. I told her to give u our eta. I know this doesnt change anything but i hope you can have some of the full context. Despite setbacks and variables that were outside our control, we did our best to make it work. We would love to help you in the future with your moving services. God bless

  Valley Of The Sun Movers

• Unfortunately communication from Valley Of The Sun and what seemed to be a likely third party moving company - An issue arose where the landlady was on-site supervising the move and I previously warned them that she was difficult and to be careful on the stairs - she claimed they damaged the stairs during the move I immediately addressed it with the lead mover whose name is associated with a moving business and I also immediately contacted Valley Of The Sun to ask what the process was for filing a claim. Both parties informed me to go through U-Haul but Moving Help referred me back to the Provider. I am completely unsatisfied with that response. Where the movers nice and professional, yes. However the lack of cooperation and response to my immediate issue of informing them of damage and requesting to advise on the process for filing a claim has been a complete run-around, pointing fingers at each other instead of actually addressing the issue has been abhorrible. Moving - Help also.
