Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Umberto and Marvin were great! They showed up right on time, handled everything with care, and worked quickly without cutting corners. They were professional, friendly, and made the whole moving process so much less stressful. I really appreciated how efficient and respectful they were with my belongings. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable movers!
This was a loading and wrapping of items continued from the previous day-night. We have a large 6 bedroom house so we had to load 2x 26' trucks. These guys worked really hard and busted their butts all day in 95 degree heat outside. They did not stop. Loved it. Having said that, I feel like they could have done a better job wrapping and handling items. Many things that should be protected were not correctly protected. When we got to FL many things were damaged (nothing to worry about me making a claim just little things here and there, like vacuums, some potted fake trees-plants), I also think they could have done better stacking boxes that were light higher up, and heavy strong boxes on the bottom. I think this just comes with experience. I feel I tipped them well for both days and they were great people to talk to and work with. However, I'm not sure I would hire them again.
Overall positive experience. They were punctual, professional, and went above and beyond.
