  • Almost all my furniture was damaged. I provided furniture pads which were not used, I asked to have the couch cover I purchased to be placed over the couch once in the truck and it was never done. Overall bad experience and I would not use this company again. The only positive thing was the movers that showed up were nice and courteous.

  • Both people helping were kind and helpful, however one of them was 15 years old and inexperienced and was dropping stuff and bumping into walls a bit which made me concerned for my property.. this was frustrating as I expected to get two experienced adults.
