  • Kevin was great, he sent Malik and Ernesto. Malik was 39 mins late and Enesto was 10 mins after that. Despite this things started off ok, until Earnesto snatched a bag from the top of a pile, pulling down a bin with nik nacs, breaking something irreplaceable ( which brought me to tears). Got over that, Kevin apologized and expressed this isn't what their company do. Moving forward the move continues and my ring cam goes off. I go to check it and Malik was hiding in the corner by my front door urinating. I was moving from a 3 bdrm 2.5 bath, he could have asked to use one of them. If I got it on my ring, I am sure my ex neighbor does. I hope they don't submit that to my old management company. Now,I am a 60 yr old woman, I moved everything from the 2nd floor, wrapped, packed everything..all they had to do was load (no furniture involved). Ernesto was on his phone quite often. So This may be a good company, but these two guys not so much!
