  • They were running late on my scheduled day and did not notify me. When I called them at the end of my window I was then rescheduled to the next day. 2 of the helpers were late. I found that my dresser was damaged when I got to my destination and they did not tell me. I was overall disappointed.

  • MoveFresh is a complete scam. Despite being told in advance that my truck wasn’t available until 12 PM, the owner berated me for not being ready earlier. Then the movers never arrived, blocked my number, stole the payment code, got paid for a two-hour job they never performed, and lied to Moving Help by claiming I was a no-show. Avoid this company at all costs.
