I moved into a new apartment on the third floor. The two helpers worked so hard to help me get my things up those stairs. I felt so awful. I really wish the place had an elevator. They did a great job and got it done in less than an hour. They were running a little behind so it delayed my plans slightly that day but honestly I'm just happy they came through to help me. Don’t know what I would have done without them. It was hard work.

Mover didn’t contact me and said common sense should have told me they wouldn’t be available on short notice. Hung up on me.
