We had an extremely heavy item to move up a flight of stairs. Although they stayed polite, professional, and committed, they weren't prepared for the heavy lifting this job required. We provided lifting tools, but it wasn't enough; it took the full 2 hours to move the item. We really needed professional muscle and experience for this move. Our walls now need patching, nearby furniture needs repair, and the item moved is broken.
