  Sam was great, however Ruben was extremely unprofessional. I did not feel comfortable with the way he recklessly handled delicate and fragile items, and when we would ask him to be careful with it, he would completely dismiss us. He acted like a child, even riding one of the moving carts like a scooter down the hallway, which ended in him crashing into the wall and denting the wall in which I will likely now be held responsible for (I have video proof). He would stack heavy boxes on other boxes that said ‘fragile, do not stack’ and seemed to not care at all if my personal things were damaged. He tried riding my escooter without asking. He would walk so fast that he wasn’t carefully moving the carts and almost crashed them into the walls multiple times. He also stood over me and made me do the review while watching and said ‘do 5 stars or don’t review at all or we will get in trouble’. So I pretended to do it in front of him and turned my phone off and am now writing the real review.

  I should have trusted my gut when I first contacted Rich Sity Hauling LLC. The person I spoke with came off a bit rude, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt after my original movers were overbooked. While they did show up and load my U-Box, the experience wasn’t great. The main mover wasn’t very pleasant to interact with, and the older gentleman helping him complained a lot about the stairs and how heavy things were. They also took quite a few breaks, and it seemed like the main mover was loading the U-Box without enough planning or strategizing to maximize the space available. We appreciate the help, but I wouldn’t use them again or recommend them to others.
