• Would not use them again. They ripped the bottom of my couch and there are dark marks on the edges now. There’s also a gash in the wall in the stairwell. They complained about the stairs multiple times despite giving this information in the intake form I completed. The movers were not able to move everything I requested. I appreciate them putting some of my things in their truck bed however I think we could have moved everything. They didn’t use cabin space of the U-Haul which could have fit a few more boxes. My new place is about 8 min away so I also think we could have made one more trip to grab the last few things. We were getting close on time but they stopped for lunch and I waited 10 minutes at the new place for them. They finished about 15 minutes before the 2 hour mark so I do think another quick trip could’ve been done if they wouldn’t have gotten lunch in between. They also left their lunch trash in the back of the U-Haul which I found at drop off.

• The 4 young men that helped us was very nice, pleasant, courteous, and a lot of fun. Oh, the world very hard and did a great job. Ps. We gave them a tip, not out of obligation or felt it was standard, but because of the great job they did.
