    Hi Tammy We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience and would like to provide some context You requested that our crew arrive no later than 3 PM Our crew was about 3 minutes away when our vehicle unexpectedly got a flat tire We immediately contacted you and explored options to avoid a delay Our crew changed the tire and used the spare and arrived around 3 15 PM Once we arrived we got straight to work and completed the moving portion in about 1 hour even though you booked a 2 hour service period Our crew also waited an additional 30 minutes while you looked for the screws needed for the bed and offered to assist with assembly We sincerely apologize for the unexpected delay We always strive to provide dependable and professional service and did everything we could to minimize the impact We appreciate your business and feedback
