If you just go based off of unloading, I guess the mission was accomplished. I hired a team for three hours and after an hour and a half they were finished (in quotations). Someone apologized for the sweat stains on the walls and I was told that they would come right out with a magic eraser. Great. There were several new carpet stains (just moved into my new house 18 hours prior) and it looked like someone spilled a drink on the stairs. My dressers were taken down before moving upstairs and the drawers left all over the bedroom. Boxes and furniture were thrown in rooms and left to me to move and reorganize. A couch cushion made it up to the master bedroom and several items that should have gone upstairs were left downstairs. Overall I was pretty disappointed in the service. It was apparent that there was no pride taken in the work and if I paid for 3 hours and they were done in an hour and a half the least they could have done was to organize the heaps of mess they left me with.
